Or you can fill it out and sign it electronically using Adobe Reader and email it to the office with a copy of a "void cheque" form from your online banking. Call the office if your have any questions. It will also be available in printed form at the office.

We simply ask that you pray on this - what is your gift so graciously given by God and how can you help to build up His ministry here at Paroisse St Jude Parish.
